1. General Provisions

The present terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) apply to the orders made at the twostores.ge online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store) in Georgian, or English, between the person who placed the order (hereinafter referred to as the user or buyer) and “Bellissima Tbilisi” LTD (VAT ID: 404979092, address: Arakishvili str. 8) (hereinafter referred to as seller).
1.2. The terms are based on fair trading principles, respecting the rights and obligations of the buyer.
1.3. Please, note that by using the online store, the buyer accepts the terms of this agreement, the delivery policy and the privacy policy. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Rights and obligations of the buyer
2.1. The buyer is eligible to purchase any item in the online store by these terms and conditions.
2.2. The images of the items on the twostores.ge are for illustrative purposes only. Albeit, we attempt to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the computer or smartphone screen displays the colors that truly reflects the color of the item.
2.3. When ordering goods, the buyer should provide the address of the delivery as well as all other necessary data for the delivery in details.
3. Rights and obligations of the seller
3.1. The seller is obliged to provide the buyer with the opportunity to use the services offered by the online store by these terms.
3.2. The seller assumes an obligation to deliver the ordered and paid by the buyer items to the address specified by the buyer.
4. Other circumstances
4.1. When placing an order for the goods, the user confirms that she/he has read and agreed to the privacy policy, the terms of delivery of goods, return/exchange policy.
4.2. These Terms and Conditions comply with the laws of Georgia.
4.3. Any discrepancies arising from the fulfillment of these conditions must be resolved by negotiation.
4.4. In case of failure to reach an agreement during negotiations, disputes will be resolved in a judicial proceeding by the current legislation of Georgia.

DELIVERY POLICY
Our goal is to make your online shopping process convenient and deliver your order without delay.
Please provide detailed shipping information while placing the order, to avoid
delays.
All items ordered on the web-site www.twostores.ge will be delivered throughout Georgia by Smart Express
Delivery time in Tbilisi is 1-2 working days, after the placement the order.
The transportation fee will be GEL 4 in Tbilisi.
Delivery time outside of Tbilisi is 1-3 working days. The transportation fee in the regions is GEL 7 in cities, and GEL 9 in towns or small towns. Express delivery fee is GEL 6.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The purchased item will be checked carefully before the delivery.
If the item has any defects the recipient should email us at: twostoresge@gmail.com while the currier is on the place or during one hour after getting the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Twostores.ge guarantees the highest quality of the product you order, however after receiving your order, you may decide to return /exchange your purchase due to various reasons. Please read the return & exchange policy.

You have a day (after receiving the order) to notify us about return / exchange. After this timeframe, no return / exchange requests will be accepted. Also, please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
50% or more off sale items in the sale category cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
Accessories / Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns / exchanges shipment costs are covered by customer.
Please use trusted shipment carrier to avoid losses or delays. If the package returned by customer will be lost, no refund will be issued.
The item should be returned within 4 working days.
In case of the regions, the item should be returned within a week.
All the items should be returned/exchanged without any damages / signs of wear / smell of fragrance, in original packaging and with all original tags attached, otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Once we confirm that return package has been received, inspected and accepted, your refund will be issued (excluding original shipping fees) and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your account.

Standard Delivery – delivery within 24 hours
Any order placed at our online shop before 15:00 will be delivered within the next working day. If the order is placed after 15:00, the next day will be regarded as the date of its placement. Order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
The standard delivery fee within Tbilisi is GEL 4.
Express Delivery – same day delivery
We can deliver your order the same day if you place it before 13:00. The express delivery fee for any order is GEL 6.
Delivery outside Tbilisi
We can deliver your order outside Tbilisi in the cities (GEL 7) and in the towns and small towns (GEL 9) if you place it before 15:00.

Visa / Mastercard payment is carried through Bank of Georgia – one of the most
trusted / secured Georgian banking institution.
